The Moment I Knew My Leadership Needed to

There was a point in my own leadership journey when I realized something wasn’t working.

On paper, everything looked right.
I had the corner office, the title, the respect, and the responsibility.
I was leading teams, shaping culture, and carrying decisions most people never saw.
